Flow-state and how to creatively solve wicked problems that defy simple solutions.

Creative problem solving = triage. Find out the context, ask relevant questions to delve further into the perspectives surrounding the problem, then study the full picture (as best you can) objectively at a distance. A combination of Emic, or inside, and Etic, or outside, perspective is very helpful toward solutions. Proactive vs. reactive behaviors.
