Inter-dimensional Civil Rights

Last night (06-24-18):
Dreamt I was back in the Civil Rights mvmt class I recently finished, on tour, in Mississippi with a guide in the form of Cowboy Mike (one of my professors @ Augusta University, now retired). He was showing us [freedom squad] the inhumane conditions prevalent in various places of society. Meanwhile, I was having inter-dimensional communication w/aliens; the dream began continuously switching from Earth events to galactic realms reminiscent of the film Message From Space (1978) and back, again. The struggle of oppression and injustice was connected / reflected along a continuum b/w both scenes (Earth & Space) as I kept switching; all the while, participating in a fight toward freedom. On the ground, I was reminded of the film 3:10 to Yuma (2007). Each group kept getting flashes of present injustices as echoes of their respective histories.

I reckon it was a tour of modern-day MS, not in the actual civil rights mvmt (which I recently partook in real-world travel), although, I think I felt a flash of being in the historical moment, too. And the space communication also had the vibe of video game No Man’s Sky.
