Compassion and non-fear

Compassion and non-fear

These are very important Buddhist teachings. I strongly identify with the Bodhissatva notion that we inhabit Nirvana in each moment. I appreciate the idea of non-attainment..for, I am already what I want to become. This idea, coupled with a consistent mindfulness meditation practice is a righteous path to the cessation of suffering [VIBE]. Expansion a bit further…

Four Noble Truths:

Life is suffering, or pain.

Craving of, or attachment to, impermanent states and things causes suffering and leads to rebirth, or samsara.

The path to the cessation of suffering is non-attachment to, or letting go of, our ceaseless craving(s).

The way to let go of cravings is to follow the Noble Eightfold path; that is, Right View, Right Intention, Right Speech, Right Action, Right Livelihood, Right Effort, Right Mindfulness, Right Concentration.
