1st *unofficial* week of grad school

Orientation week is finished! Graduate teaching assistant training, Integrated writing orientation, history department orientation & social, + meeting with professor I am assisting all done. Got mail & insurance situated today. DMV unavail till November; will call county Monday to figure out order of steps required to get vehicle (& guns) registered. Already working on finding and advisor & have ideas developing for a material culture project later in semester.

I am feeling great and classes officially begin Monday. 1st stipend = 08/31/20; Another One (Monday). Rocky Mountain National Park b4 class on Tues. Rent due 09/01/20. Just really excited to get started. Thus far, everyone in Colorado has been really nice and helpful so that makes the move from GA a little easier. Gratitude.
