Flow & Deep Work

I’ve drawn a strong parallel between FGP’s concept of flow and Cal Newport’s idea of Deep Work. I think both are describing the same phenomenon.

Their impact on productivity and creativity is enormous. Being difficult to reach is admirable. Minimalism is something I am striving toward more and more as I grow in conscious awareness and in age.
