…are super intriguing! Antonio Damasio; Anil Seth; and Sam Harris [Waking Up] are just a few names that spring to mind.

The concept of neuro-plasticity has changed my life in a great way. As have a few other insights like mirror neurons, body [and spoken/written] language, & flow. I love to learn and the fact that our brains are able to shape themselves to acquire new knowledge and form wisdom via deliberate practice is awesome. Further, knowing that we live in the best time ever for human flourishing fills me with profound joy.
